Our 5 Bedroom 3.5 bath home with HGTV worthy amenities is ready to host your getaway with friends and family. This home boasts 3 stories of living space with an elevator to get you to each floor. The top floor houses the Master King En-Suite as well as a gourmet kitchen, dining room, powder room, and cozy living room with gas fireplace and flat screen smart tv, 2 sets of sliding glass doors to the outdoor deck with Polywood table and chairs with retractable awning and a view of the ocean. On the 2nd floor, you will find the 2nd Master King En-Suite, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a queen pull-out sleeper sofa in the open concept living area which has a flat screen smart T.V. and electric fireplace. This floor also includes a furnished screened- in porch. A full hall bath with tub/shower combo and a washer and dryer complete this floor. On the ground level, you will find the well-stocked garage with beach items for your use as well as 8 bicycles and locks. This level also provides an additional “Bunk Room” that sleeps up to 8 guests. Linens and bath/beach towels to be provided by tenant.  We recommend Linen Ladies.
